Le micro-casque duo Jabra Biz™ 2400 a été développé avec un objectif précis : être le meilleur micro-casque de centre de contact au monde. Il bénéficie pour cela des fonctionnalités antibruit et de protection contre les chocs acoustiques les plus évoluées, de la seule perche rotative à 360° incassable du marché et de cordons renforcés en Kevlar. Se connecte aux téléphones fixes à l’aide de câbles de connexion QD (Quick Disconnect). Il dispose également d’un microphone antibruit (sensibilité de microphone standard) destiné à éliminer les bruits ambiants.
